Here at Shade Tree Massage we understand that unexpected events happen and that things come up in life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, illness, snowstorms and flight delays are just a few reasons why someone might have to consider cancelling an appointment. In the event that life might have some unexpected events planned we have come up with a few policies that we follow:
We require at least 8 hours advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This gives us an opportunity to contact someone else to fill that appointment time.
To cancel your appointment you must call our office at 262-343-6447
If it is AFTER BUSINESS HOURS please leave a message--IF YOU DO NOT leave a message your cancellation will not be received by our office.
If you are unable to give the 8 hour advance notice you will be charged the full amout of your service. This amount must be paid BEFORE you make another appointment.
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to not show up for their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. They will be charged the full amount of service for the missed appointment. Further service will be denied untill the payment is made.
When appointments are made, they are made with your sesion time in mind as well as my turn-over time for my next appointment. Arriving on time is your responsibility.
- If you call- after 20 mins your session will be considered cancelled and you will be charged $40 for your cancellation fee.
If you do not call- after 15 mins you will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the Full amount of your service.
Please plan accordingly and be on time, out of respect for your therapist and the other clients.
